2. Our Role

Packpile is a neutral marketplace platform that connects buyers with third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture, store, or ship any products ourselves. All transactions, pricing, availability, and warranties are managed by the individual suppliers listed on the platform.

5. Supplier Listings and Products

Suppliers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, and specifications.
• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
• Handling orders, customer support, and product returns.

Packpile does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products offered by suppliers.

6. Transactions and Payments

All transactions on Packpile are processed directly through our platform. When a buyer places an order or requests a quote, payment is collected by Packpile and securely transferred to the supplier once the transaction is verified.

By using our platform, you agree that:

• Buyers will make payments to Packpile via our integrated payment providers.
• Suppliers will receive payouts from Packpile after confirmation of order fulfillment or as agreed in advance.
• Packpile may hold payments in escrow or apply transaction holds to protect both parties in cases of dispute, fraud, or non-fulfillment.
• Pricing, taxes, shipping fees, and refund policies must be clearly stated by suppliers in their listings.
• All payments are subject to Packpile’s processing fees, which will be transparently communicated in your supplier account.

Packpile may provide dispute resolution support but is not liable for issues arising from incomplete, delayed, or disputed transactions unless due to a failure in our payment system.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Packpile, including the logo, design, text, software, and visuals, is the property of Packpile or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Packpile is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The information provided is accurate, reliable, or complete.
• Buyer-supplier transactions will be successful or risk-free.

Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packpile is not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Disputes or issues arising from transactions between buyers and suppliers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the platform at any time.
